Dear Reader.
I must assume the reason why you are looking at this web site and reading this is because you are looking to buy a property in Turkey, and possibly in the Side region.
Before you read any further let me declare my credentials for making the following comments and tell you a little about Kaya Homes as a company.
I have, for some 28 years, been employed in the Purchasing profession in a wide variety of roles and industries and have procured items from many countries. Over these years I have been conditioned to expect that; if things can go wrong they will go wrong, and that suppliers will let you down and some stage no matter how carefully you plan and negotiate terms and conditions.
Buying a property, for most of us, will prove to be one of the most expensive and stressful thing we will do in our lives. Buying a second home, in another country, off plan should then be the stuff of nightmares; at least that’s what I was expecting with my cynical Buyers head on.
Kaya Homes came highly recommended to me by a business contact and, in the Purchasing profession, a recommendation from someone with ‘no axe to grind’ can be worth a lot of time saved and give added confidence that the supplier is as good as his word, but meeting with the supplier tells an experienced Buyer more than words can convey.
My Wife and I went to Side and I met Aykut Kaya in September of 2006 full of doubt, trepidation and unsure as to what we would find.
The first things that struck me about Aykut was his openness, the total passion he has for his projects, his knowledge of the projects and his no-pressure approach. These are the very positive things I take into consideration when speaking to any representatives from my suppliers.
The other thing that impressed us both was the help we received from his support team (nothing was too much trouble) and again no pressure and an honest and open attitude.
Everything we saw and heard convinced us that we could trust Aykut, and the excellent team behind him, to deliver on his promises and we have bought a duplex apartment in his Panorama development. The apartment was finished on time and to specification and we intend to move over to Side to live later this year 2007.
