Geological investigation reports concerning earthquake areas have stated that the ground fully complies with the regulations.

Construction of the complex will be performed under the control of Manavgat Yapi Denetimi A.S. according to and in compliance with the construction norm TS/EN ISO 9001: 2000, 15 years guarantee.

In the complex:

The entrance and all walk ways will be paved. The park areas will be grassed.

There will be a swimming pool with approx. 50m2 area.

A shower will be provided near the swimming pool.

Non slippery floor in pool area.

The complex will have interior and exterior lighting.

All outdoor areas will be planted with flowers and trees.

Car parking areas will be provided.


The construction:

The construction will be reinforced concrete.

The walls will be constructed of bricks.

Outer walls will be insulated for heat and noise control.

The block will have a substructure sewer system.

The exterior walls will be painted high quality two component silicon based acrylic paint.

The interior walls will be plastered and painted high quality two component silicon based acrylic paint.

The building’s entrance floor and stairs will be marble.

A solar energy system will be supplied which is supported by an electrical heating support system.

Covered balconies will be tiled with ceramic tiles and edged in marble with the railings being constructed of aluminium.


The roof construction:

Insulation against humidity.

3-fold insulation against heat and cold.

Roof tiles will be fireproof.

All drain pipes will be of plastic.

The roof will be underfaced and plastered.


Interior:

Two Air-conditioning units are provided one in each of the salon and master bedroom.

ADSL connection will be installed.

The inner walls will be plastered and painted with satin washable paint

Decorative coving will be provided between the ceiling and the walls.


Tiles and floor coverings:

First class ceramics will be used in the apartments. Our customers will be able to select these if they purchase off plan.

Bathrooms are fully tiled from floor to ceiling and the ceiling is PVC.


Windows and doors:

The front door will be a safety door constructed of steel. Interior doors will be wooden American panel.

PVC double glazed windows with insulation are installed throughout.


Kitchen:

The kitchen units will be wooden MDF Lam. The Kitchen will be fitted with a rosa porino granite worktop.

The wall between the worktop and the cupboards will be tiled in ceramic wall tiles.


Ventilation:

The bathrooms, toilets are fitted with a mechanically operated ventilation system.


Bathroom:

The bathroom will be fitted with designer bathroom furnishings. All bathrooms will be fitted with a toilet.


General information:

Energy savers and smoke detector will be fitted as standard.

White fittings and air conditioning units come with a 2 to 3 years guarantee.

Adequate electrical sockets will be fitted in all rooms including terraces.

Telephone connections are provided in the salon and bedrooms.

A satellite socket will be provided.
